The Honourable Judy Ryan, Retired Justice of the Appeals Division, Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia

The Honourable Judy Ryan has had a distinguished career in family law and social justice, including serving as Director of the Family & Civil Division (as it then was) at Legal Aid NSW. She was a foundation member of the Law Council of Australia’s Child Representative Committee and its national training program, helping shape the standards and practice of Independent Children’s Lawyers across Australia.
